adaptiveARC's co-founder, Christian Juvan, has been working on ways to improve gasification, waste detoxification and plasma physics technology for decades. His initial projects focused on detoxifying refinery sludge and electric transformer PCBs. The inventions were successful in safely breaking down and detoxifying hazardous waste but he knew more could be done.

As with many great ideas, his started with questions:

- What if this technology could treat any type of waste?

- What if the waste could be made safe AND the outputs could be harnessed for energy?

- What if this could all be done at a cost that didn't make it prohibitive?

adaptiveARC was formed to realize the opportunities posed by these questions in order to confront our global waste and energy challenges. Our unique technology provides a clean and cost-effective solution so communities, corporations and governments do not have to make the decision between what is good for the environment and good for the bottom line.
