All of our products are portable, scalable and modular and sold in standard configurations. Installing in standard configurations enables the lowest cost upgrade path. The following illustrates how we can grow from a pilot plant processing 100 tpd to a full-scale deployment processing 2,032 tpd with no loss of investment along the upgrade path.

This is a block diagram of our smallest plant, the Industrial-1 or I-1. Though it contains only 3 of our SB2000 reactors, the standard configuration requires physical allocation for our largest Urban class plant, the U-4. At initial installation this requires not only an additional physical space allocation, but also a marginal added expense in plant setup. Standard configurations enable you to:

As the I-1 plant completes a successful pilot phase you'll want to upgrade. By simply rolling in 7 additional reactors plant capacity is increased dramatically. Using standard configurations makes this expansion highly economical. There is minimal impact on plant operations or facilities. Scaling from the I-1 to the I-5:

Our industrial and urban classes are not only scalable but modular. When it's time to upgrade to the Urban class we roll out some of the SB2000 reactors and replace them with SB6000s.

The unique portability, scalability and modularity of our standard configurations eliminates most of the economic barriers to adopting arc-plasma gasification as a waste management practice.
